Question: who created the letterfold, is it Mieke?
The model is a variation of "Szíves boríték / Envelope with Heart" by Milada Blahova. The model has been published in the magazine of the Hungarian Origami Society "Magyar Origami Kör 2006/4". (See the cover and the contents on http://ori-gami.hu/node/28665
Michel Grand from France mentioned that this model is by Milalda Blahova from Czech Republic. Its published in 2006. No idea which publication ???
